Following is a list of treatment-emergent adverse reactions reported by patients treated with intramuscular morphine for injection (at 1 or more doses ? 2.5 mg/injection) in clinical trials. It should be kept in mind that lamotrigine is rapidly absorbed [see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY]. bosentan (Tracleer); cimetidine (Tagamet, Tagamet HB); conivaptan (Vaprisol); diclofenac (Arthrotec, Cataflam, Voltaren, Flector Patch, Solareze); enoxacin (Penetrex); imatinib (Gleevec); isoniazid (for treating tuberculosis); rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane); an antidepressant such as nefazodone; an antibiotic such as clarithromycin (Biaxin), dalfopristin/quinupristin (Synercid), erythromycin (E.E.S., EryPed, Ery-Tab, Erythrocin) or telithromycin (Ketek); an antifungal medication such as clotrimazole (Mycelex Troche), itraconazole (Sporanox), ketoconazole (Nizoral), or voriconazole (Vfend); heart or blood pressure medication such as diltiazem (Cardizem, Dilacor, Tiazac), doxazosin (Cardura), nicardipine (Cardene), morphine (Quinaglute, Quinidex, Quin-Release), or verapamil (Calan, Covera, Isoptin,Verelan); or Drugs other than those listed here may also interact with Tenuate. In IDEAL [see Clinical Studies] involving 8,888 subjects (age range 26–80 years, 19% women; 99.3% Caucasians, 0.4% Asians, 0.3% Blacks, 0.04% other) treated with MORPHINE SULFATE SIDE EFFECTS 80 mg/day (n=4439) or simvastatin 20–40 mg daily (n=4449), there was no difference in the overall frequency of adverse reactions or serious adverse reactions between the treatment groups during a median follow-up of 4.8 years.
